Okay here are some hospital pics. I was in labor for a long time. After my Dr appt on Tuesday when they stripped my membranes, I was contracting really hard. I contracted all night, we went to the hospital around 5:00 am they checked me and I was only dialated to a 31/2 so they wanted me to walk around. We walked for two hours, they checked me again and they ended up sending me home. So when we got home, I took a shower, and went to sleep 2 hours later or so I was on the computer, and my water broke about 2:45. Talk about a weird feeling. So we got to the hospital and I was admitted at around 4:00 pm. I was in labor by about 12:00 am I had only dialated to a 5 so they decided to give me some patocin. Oh migosh. I did end up with the epideral and am I glad I did. During my labor towards the end the epideral ran out, Talk about pain. I have never felt like that in my life. I went from about 2 pain to 500 in like 5 mins. Then they gave me more, and I could stil feel it on my right side. It was funny i kept hitting the button for more, and my left side kept getting numb, but my right wouldn't. Finally at around 6:00 or so dr checked and said that I was ready to push and have the baby. I was pushing only for like 5 mins and out popped Rebekah.. Okay enough of me here are some more pics.....

Me after birth.....

What a happy family

Thanksgiving

Well we had a wonderful Thanksgiving. It was Anthony, my dad, and myself. It was smaller then what I am used to but I think it went really well. Anthony did most of the cooking. It was wonderful, I think out of everything I only cooked the stuffing. It was nice because I was able to talk to my dad. Well here are some pics......

Here is the table set up before the dinner. Very nice, i did it myself....

Here's Anthony doing some cooking. He is really getting good at cooking, we watch a lot of food network....

Our pies. I made the pumpkin and Anthony made the pecan pie. The pecan was better then mine. It was funny Anthony ate like 3 pieces in a row. ...

A couple pics of my dad and me. It was nice .......

Here's me all stuffed. Like I can get any bigger :)!!!

Last one I thought i would take a belly shot. 3 weeks to go.. We are hoping maybe sooner. I will 37 weeks this monday. So I know she will be safe coming anytime....

Well we hope that everyone had a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving. I guess before I go I will list somethings I myself am thankful for....
- family, friends, church, heavenly father, Anthony, the new bundle of joy in our lives soon, all the men and women fighting for our country, all of the blessings that have been giving to our family. And Christmas coming.. Which means I get to start decorating :) :)!!!!!

Anthony caught a fish

Well Anthony was able to go fishing yesterday at the Santee Lakes. It is a lake about 5 mins from us. I think fishing relaxes him. I know he wanted me to come, but I think I would have been a burden more then someone who was having fun. He got to the lakes about 6:45am and was there till about 4:30 pm. It was so funny, he almost got kicked out of the lake for asking a fellow fisherman to move down a little bit. But hey, He caught his first trout in CA, it was about 2lbs. It was so cute, he sent me a picture on my phone while I was at the grocery store. Then when I came home I saw that he had set the timer on the camera and took a couple so here yall go........

Marine Corp Ball

Well on thursday November,15th Anthony and I were able to attend his ball. For those who do not know what it is, well it's an event that celebrates the Marine Corp birthday. I have been the last 3 years. We usually get professional pics done, but this year we are more on a budget, plus we will be getting pictures done when our little one arrives. Well anyways, all the marines get together, and have a big drunk fest... WooooHooooooo, Yeah it is nice, but truthfully it's not my favorite time of the year. On the brighter side I get to get all dressed up. This year I felt like a blimp, but hey it's all part of motherhood.. So anyways, we took some pics and we hope yall enjoy.....

Here I am before we left for the ball. The dress was comfortable, but the funny thing is, was that I didn't realize I was getting so big. Plus I am short so I look alot bigger.I am 36 weeks just about so hey......... Oh the white dot on the pics I am not sure, I think it was the camera....

So we were getting ready to go and we realized there was no pic of us, so Anthony got one of his friends to take a pic....

Here's my hunny. I didn't get a chance to get one of him, so when we got home I got to get a pic.....

I snapped this one my self, I was so tired......

Here's the last one of the night. Anthony set the timer and we got a pic... I like this one the best...

Stay tuned for more pics, I will be updating with thanksgiving pics.....

Updates and the Baby's Room!!!!!!

Okay so I know that I said we would be sending andrew and michell's pics, but things have been very hectic around here. As I am sure you heard on the news that there was some fires. Let me tell you that it was quite a scare for me. I am from the east coast and all we have are thunder storms and hurricanes. I know they are just as dangerous, but oh my gosh fires. Well I am so blessed, that I did not have to evacuate. Sadly there were over 500,000 evacuees and a lot of people lost their homes. I am thankful that I was able to stay in the comfort of my own home. Anthony wasn't here, but the lord was watching out for our family. Well on a better note I went to the Dr. today and my foot is much better. I am walking without the ugly blue boot. Yes!!!! Talk about a humbling experince. Also just to let everyone know I am now 34 weeks. We are so excited for the arrival of our little girl.. and the baby is doing wonderful.. you know what, I think it will be a wonderful christmas this year. I love christmas, it is my favoriate holiday. I even like listening to the music way early, actually I am listening to it as I write this blog. Anthony is not home right now, but he will be in like 10 mins, so I will have to shut off the music. He only will listen to it after thanksgiving. Well okay enough babbling.
Anthony and I were able to finish the baby's room. We were blessed to have very generous family. My father's present to us was the baby furniture. So I hope yall love it as much as we do. It 's not pink, but a natural color. I still have this fear that we will end up with a boy even after all this planning for a girl. Oh well children are all gifts from god, so any way our child will be loved.... Okay enough talk.....

Here is the room when Anthony was putting everything together.....

Here are pics of the finished project. We are so excited... :)

The finished room!!!

Everyone have a blessed day, and we will be updating with thanksgiving pics... Love you all!!!
